These Terms and Conditions explain how services work at The Grounding Table Corp and outline the expectations that apply when you book or participate in services.
We aim to keep this clear and straightforward so you know what to expect.
By booking or taking part in any services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The physical location provided is confidential and protected for safety, privacy and comfort reasons.
By participating in services with The Grounding Table Corp, the Client agrees not to share, publish, disclose or otherwise reveal the location in any form.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Physical address or meeting locations
Directions, landmarks or identifying details
Photos, videos or recordings of the space
Social media posts, geotags, check-ins or any other content that could reveal the location
Services are intent for adults.
Individuals under 18 may only participate with appropriate parent or legal guardian consent where required.
All services must be paid in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Payment confirms your booking and reserves your session time.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel a session to account for preparing a dedicated space and light refreshments for The Grounding Experience service.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hour notice or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Services may include:
Usui Reiki
Intuitive reading
Coaching and personal development support
Entrepreneurship training and business support
Hospitality and light refreshment based experience
All services are intended for personal development, reflection, education and general well-being.
They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
They are not a substitute for professional care or support.
No guarantees are made regarding personal, emotional, or business outcomes.
Participation in voluntary.
The Client may stop or withdraw from services at any time, subject to any applicable booking or payment terms.
You are responsible for your own choices, interpretations and actions during and after services.
You understand that personal development work, coaching and Usui Reiki and intuitive reading may bring up emotional or personal material.
You accept responsibility for your experiences and outcomes.
The Grounding Table Corp takes reasonable steps to maintain safe access to the service location including clearing snow and ice where applicable.
By attending, in-personal services, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own safety when arriving at, entering, and leaving the premises. This includes being mindful of weather conditions (such as snow, ice, rain, hail) as well as any natural environmental hazards that may still be present.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if necessary.
This may include situations such as inappropriate behaviour, misuse of services, conflict of interest or circumstances where it is not appropriate to continue working together.
The Client's personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
The Client also agrees to respect the confidentiality of the service environment, including the physical location where services are provided.
Services may be delivered in person or through digital platforms.
We are not responsible for technical issues, interruptions or third-party platform failures.
All content, material, products and creative works provided by The Grounding Table Corp remain the intellectual property of The Grounding Table Corp unless otherwise stated.
This includes (but is not limited to) coaching materials, training content, written materials, digital products, audio, visual content, merchandise designs, trade secrets and other original works.
These materials and products are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, resold or distributed in any form without prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Grounding Table Corp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from participation in services.
The Client agrees to release and hold harmless The Grounding Table Corp and its employees, shareholders and directors from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the Client's participation of use of information provided.
During the term of this Agreement and for a period of twenty four (24) months following its termination, the Client agrees that they will not knowingly use the Coach's confidential business methods, proprietary coaching materials including templates, trade secrets to establish or operate a business that directly copies or substantially replicates the Coach's coaching programs for the purpose of competing with the Coach.
This clause is intended to protect the Coach's confidential business methods and does not prevent the Client from working in the general field of coaching, wellness or related services provided they do not use the Coach's confidential materials or proprietary frameworks.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Grounding Table Corp and its employees, shareholders and directors from any claims, losses or expenses arising from the client's participation in services or use of information provided.
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
These Terms and Conditions together with the Privacy Policy form the full agreement between the Client and The Grounding Table Corp.
We may update the Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, systems or legal requirements.
The most current version will always be posted on our website with the updated dated shown at the top of the page.
